THE PHILOSOPHY BEHIND THE WORK
The foundation of this approach comes from the ancient concept of the Three Treasures:

My work is shaped by over four decades of lived experience in healing, education, and personal transformation.
I began my professional journey as an acupuncturist, working closely with individuals seeking balance during times of physical, emotional, and spiritual stress.
Over the years, I came to understand something essential:
Healing does not begin in the treatment room.
It begins in how we listen to ourselves each day.
Alongside my clinical background, my path has been deeply influenced by Indigenous wisdom, ancestral knowledge, and the understanding that healing is not something we receive — it is something we cultivate.
Today, I offer life coaching, education, and holistic self-healing guidance — empowering you to reconnect with your inner wisdom and create sustainable balance from within.
